Is it Possible to Return an Order if I Don’t Like It?

If there is a manufacturing defect in the Pinig tablet you have purchased, we are happy to address the issue(s). Please contact us at support@pinig.com, with your name, your contact details, your order ID and a scanned copy of your invoice.

What is the Warranty Coverage?

There is a one-year warranty coverage for manufacturing defects in the tablet, applicable from the date of purchase. The accessories provided carry a limited warranty for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Batteries are consumable accessories and carry a warranty of six months. The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable. Please note that the warranty coverage will lapse if a fault in the tablet or its accessories has been caused by manhandling or mishandling during usage.

The factors that can lead to the tablet and its accessories falling outside the warranty scope may include (but not be limited to) the following:

  • Using the tablet and its accessories near medical equipment.
  • Using the tablet and its accessories close to any electronic equipment with high frequency.
  • Dismantling of the tablet and its accessories by the user.
  • Giving the tablet for repair or maintenance to an agency that is not authorized by Pinig Tech.
  • Using the tablet and its accessories near magnetic equipment.
  • Keeping the tablet and its accessories in places where the temperature is extremely high (like the dashboard of your car on a sunny day).
  • Using the tablet and its accessories in a place where there could be inflammable gas (such as near or at a gas station).
  • Dropping the tablet.
  • Not following the instructions in the user manual provided along with the tablet and its accessories.
  • Using or storing the tablet in places where the humidity is high (like in the bathroom).
  • Soaking or rinsing the tablet and its accessories in or with any liquid.
What Will Cancel the Warranty on the Tablet?

What will be Considered as the Proof of Warranty?

The Pinig Tech invoice received by you when you took the delivery of the tablet will be considered as the proof of warranty. So, please keep the invoice carefully.

What is the Procedure of Returning a Damaged Product?

The return and cancellations policy is limited to the scope of warranty coverage. If there is a manufacturing defect in the Pinig tablet you have purchased or if the delivered product is not found as per the specifications mentioned on the website, we are happy to address the issue(s).

In order to address your concerns related to returns and cancellations, please opt for any one of the communication methods provided here:

  • Contact us via mail at support@pinig.com, with your name, your contact details, your order ID and a scanned copy of your invoice
  • Contact us via toll free number 1800-1033-007. Keep invoice handy during the call to help us serve you better.

Depending on the nature of the defect, possible resolutions could be replacement or exchange of your device. For this, you will need to send us the tablet in the original box along with the accessories and invoice included at the time of original purchase.

How Can I Contact Pinig for Support?

You can simply send an email to support@pinig.com. Mention your name, your contact details, your order ID and the query that you may have. It would help to attach a scanned copy of your invoice with this email.

What is the Expected Response Time on Support Issues?
